Reflecting...

I am on a flight to Orlando right now to meet my John C. Maxwell family and friends since joining with a lifetime membership. The 3 day live event will certify me in coaching, speaking, and training. I am happy to refresh my skills. I hope I get to meet John himself during the VIP event and have him sign a copy of my Leadershift book. I been thinking and reflecting a lot lately about my dreams, where I've come since 2016, and about how my 2 main dreams will become reality soon. My first dream is to be a NY Times Bestselling author and my 2nd is to run my own Leadership academy. I believe in me and know I will accomplish these dreams. Only a matter of time. On my flight, I picked up Rachel Hollis' new book, Girl, Stop Apologizing, and it is fire!! I wanted to share a few pics of the words that resonated the most with me.

The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins- an anxiety and panic attack sufferer turned author... 2nd author review for Women's History Month

Mel Robbins, another talented female author, used to suffer from anxiety and had panic attacks on a regular basis. Her solution in the book 5 Second Rule is to reframe your thinking and tell yourself that you are excited instead. I wanted to highlight her book because she is a Life Coach like me and she suffered from mental illness and has been successful... hopefully I will be successful like her.
