Stuffing stuffed chicken breasts with all the sides! Mini Thanksgiving

Image
Tonight I made stuffing with sausage and stuffed 3 large chicken breasts. Baked at 350 for 45 minutes. I also made mashed potatoes simply by boiling about 6 small peeled potatoes, mashing them and mixing in heavy cream, butter and a little salt. I made gravy from McCormick's mix and microwaved some corn. Also made Cresent rolls from Pillsbury. I also put out some cranberry sauce. I love making stuffed chicken breasts,  especially now that red meat is so expensive. Here are some pictures!

This easy recipe is full of unique flavor and will make any lettuce come to life. Its low carb too! Hope you enjoy! 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped: 1/3 cup of brown sugar:  5 scallions chopped:  Fresh ginger grated- I used about 1/2 cup:  onions and more scallions  sesame oil- 2-3 tsp  1/2 cup of soy sauce- next time id use low sodium because it did come out pretty salty:  2 tbsp of sesame seeds that I toasted:  korean spice mixture,  red pepper (I didn't need salt or pepper)  about 1 pound of ground beef. The leaner the better if you can find it!  brown the beef in the pan, sprinkle some Korean seasoning on the meat, drain excess grease. Then add the ginger, garlic, and brown sugar...cook for 2 minutes. Add the onion, half of scallions and soy sauce. Cook for about 10 minutes. Clean your lettuce and dry: Plate the beef mixture over lettuce,  add scallions and toasted sesame seeds. This was so flavorful and different! Very easy to

I just wanted to check in and share some photos and let you know the great results I'm getting with the Noom app. I started using Noom 4 weeks ago when I began to get discouraged and out of control with my eating. For $19 a month with no commitment, I been logging my food, entering my exercise,  tracking my steps and getting daily lessons on the psychology and science behind food and losing weight. Im also part of an awesome group of humans who are also trying to lose weight. We share our wins and struggles and encourage each other. Since starting,  I lost 11 lbs! 11 lbs in 4 weeks is truly amazing. I'm eating 1200 calories a day and not cheating. I'm in control of my food and never felt better. Overall,  in 6 months I've lost 33 lbs and since August 2019 I've lost 44 lbs. I'm so happy but there is still more to go. I want to lose 30-40 more and know that if I keep
