Food talk- creamy chicken with cauliflower rice and balsamic tomatoes!

This low carb recipe is full of flavor and one of my favorites!

I hope you try it and enjoy!




Here's how to do it:


  1. Season 1/2 inch thick chicken breasts (poud larger breasts if needed) with tyme, oregano,  garlic,  onion, salt and pepper 
  2. Cook in oil for about 5 minutes each side
  3. Remove chicken from the pan
  4. In same pan, add mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes (until water is evaporated), then add onions, garlic and more seasoning. Let cook for a couple minutes 
  5. Add 1 cup of chicken broth, 6 ounces of cream cheese,  and half cup of heavy whipping cream
  6. Let sauce reduce and thicken
  7. Cook cauliflower rice over medium heat for 7-9 minutes,  add salt,  pepper
  8. Cook bacon in oven or on stove top... once crispy, cut up in small pieces 
  9. Cut up about half cup of scallions 
  10. Put cherry tomatoes in bowl with 1 tsp of olive oil and 2 tbsp of balsamic glaze
  11. Plate your chicken and cauliflower rice, add sauce over top and garnish with bacon and scallions,  add balsamic tomatoes to plate.
  12. Enjoy!!
