6 month check in, I love the results I'm getting with Noom

Hello everyone! I honestly don't know who reads these posts but I do know some people are. I just wanted to check in and share some photos and let you know the great results I'm getting with the Noom app.

I started using Noom 4 weeks ago when I began to get discouraged and out of control with my eating. For $19 a month with no commitment, I been logging my food, entering my exercise,  tracking my steps and getting daily lessons on the psychology and science behind food and losing weight. Im also part of an awesome group of humans who are also trying to lose weight. We share our wins and struggles and encourage each other. Since starting,  I lost 11 lbs! 11 lbs in 4 weeks is truly amazing. I'm eating 1200 calories a day and not cheating. I'm in control of my food and never felt better.

Overall,  in 6 months I've lost 33 lbs and since August 2019 I've lost 44 lbs. I'm so happy but there is still more to go. I want to lose 30-40 more and know that if I keep this up, I'll lose it in 3-4 more months. By August, exactly a year since I began, I will be down 70-80lbs..

To anyone whose ever felt discouraged or thought they couldn't do it, im here to tell you, you can. Im eating well and by being honest and logging my food, I'm staying in control. I eat mostly unprocessed foods, I limit my bad carbs like pasta and white breads but I allow myself to eat that if I want. Staying away from high sodium foods also helps like cold cuts.

Try Noom, and keep going. Never give up. Exercise every day even if it's a light walk or walking in place at home.
